The Four Pillars to Health and Wellness
Today’s healthcare system seems to be developing a generation of folks who keep getting sick and are constantly being subscribed drugs to cure these ailments. Research has shown that these continuous use of these drugs weaken not only the immune system of an individual but also the person’s aura and PH balance of his or her body.
How long you live together with the quality of life you have is all dependent on your health and wellness. But unfortunately, most folks now are either confused or are purposely mislead into a number of unhealthy habits and diet. The following is a four-point plan that can guide anyone to the right direction regarding health and wellness.
First plan of health
Our aura is the first step towards health and wellness of our bodies. With the bombardment of electronic computers, gadgets, mobile phones, and several variations of digital toys, studies have suggested that our aura continues to weaken consequently allowing foreign elements to attack our bodies constantly. To prevent this from happening, we need to come up with ways to protect this very important natural defense system of our bodies.
Second Plan of Health
The immune system of our bodies is the second pillar of our health and wellness and acts as our natural defense system. This body system is designed to combat any diseases or ailments we have in our bodies for better health and wellness.
Our immune system is composed of a number of protective cells which include the white blood cells which were naturally created to act as our personal health care system and boost our health and wellness.
3rd Pillar of Health
The third pillar of health and wellness is our body pH balance. Being healthy only means that your body pH balance is at an alkaline level instead of acidic where diseases are known to live. This can be said to mean that if your body pH is acidic, then you are predisposed to many of the diseases out there. The acidic pH of the body can be attributed to overcooked and processed foods we consume on a daily basis along with the highly acidic drinks we consume. We need to improve our diet if we want to maintain the pH balance of our bodies.
Fourth Plan of Health
The last and final pillar towards being healthy is our lifestyle. We must get a method of doing daily exercises of which they don’t have to be vigorous necessarily. It is also imperative that we reduce pollution from other drugs or chemicals, toxins, carcinogens, and stress that might endanger our immune system.
This four-point plan has been approved by medical practitioners around the world as a means of boosting our health and wellness.
